 All items are sold as is, so we encourage you to try them on before buying.

Our pop-up events are designed so you can see exactly what you’re getting - with changing rooms (weather permitting if outdoors), mirrors, and size-coded racks for your convenience.

Because we don’t have a permanent setup or hold ongoing stock, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes cases where an item doesn’t fit or isn’t wanted by the person it was purchased for, so please choose carefully.

This pop-up model helps us keep our prices fair and competitive, our collection current, and ensures our customers get the best value - without the overhead costs of a fixed retail store.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at houseofaadhya@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase so we can assist you.
→ Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as it’s required for any faulty item claims.
→ Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached for faulty returns to be assessed.

You’ll also find our returns policy clearly displayed on signage at our counter, printed on clothing tags, and included at the bottom of your receipt, so it’s easy to refer to after your purchase.
